INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE, STRICTLY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO AVOID FUTURE PROBLEMS AND DELAYS WITH YOUR PAPER(S).

Please, upload a zip file including the following files:

1. Create a zip file, named CISIS + number. (zip extension), where “number” is the article number given by Easychair. Example: CISIS255.zip
2. This file must include:
   1. Signed copyright file, named CRCISIS + number. (PDF extension). Example: CRCISIS255.pdf. Find above the link to download the Springer LNNS copyright form.
   2. Article source code, depending on the format:
      1. WORD: This file must be named by CISIS + number (docx extension). Example: CISIS255.docx
      2. LATEX: Create a folder named: LATEXCISIS + number. Example: LATEXCISIS255 Inside this folder, there must be the following files:
         • Source code, named by CISIS + number. (tex extension). Example: CISIS255.tex
         • All figures, tables, and other relevant materials (they could be in a folder). Example: fig1.eps
         • Springer class file “svproc.cls  and spmpsci.bst”
      3. Bibliography file “bibliography.bib”
      4. Any other file needed to compile your LaTeX article
   3. Final version of the paper in PDF format, named by CISIS + number (PDF extension). Example: CISIS255.pdf
